Okay now I dont know about the rest of ya'll But I like to look at James while im listening to him.. WE NEED POSTERS!! I cannot find any of him anywhere....... It will be forever before he comes to Tucson.. So anyone know of any place where i can get a BIG POSTER?

Actually you can donate hair that has been dyed. You can even donate hair that has been permed. The only type they will not take is bleached hair. They will take just about any hair that is donated except for bleached hair becaus if they are unable to use your hair then they will sell it and use the profit in their quest to help financially disadvantaged children in the U.S. and Canada that cant afford hairpieces. Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization. They help children under age 18 suffering from long-term medial hair loss from any diagnosis. If you have any questions about donating hair they have a wonderful web site. My boss' daughter who is in 3rd grade just donated her hair. I am scheduled to cut mine before July and she thought it was really neat to have something like this in common. I was truly touched by the song Where Angels Hang Around and decided right after I first heard the song that I wanted to donate my hair.

I know what I'm doing on the birthday of our beautiful James!!!
Once again I will have my hair cut this time on that special day and donated to the Locks of Love company that take care of those who have lost their hair from having cancer. (smiles)
I did this back in October of 2006 and am just now almost able to do it again. My hair unfortunately just doesn't grow fast enough. At least ten inches is what is needed for those of y'all who don't know about this and hair that has been dyed is not accepted.

We have previously made contributions to the Susan G. Komen foundation for James' birthday. If you decide that this is something that you want to do, make sure that you put in a memo that you are making the donation in honor of James Otto's famliy name. They have in the past sent a letter to the family saying that there has been a donation made.

Size Does Matter
I would think that he would take a 2x, he's got broad shoulders, but better make it a tall size. He's hard to fit, I've given up trying to buy him any clothing items, jewelry or hats. The man's a GIANT!

No autographs?

Sorry about that. James signs everytime they let him. Sometimes due to timing constraints, James cant stay and sign. But at this time, there are no Meet & Greet passes for James Otto. If timing and the venue allows, James will stay and sign until everyone goes home happy. I'm sorry you didnt get to meet him during Chevy Thunder. He'll be back to Dallas soon, I'm sure!

Louisville, KY August 13th!!!
According to the "Fourth Street Live" website James Otto will be performing a FREE show on August 13th in Louisville, KY! I cannot wait to see this amazingly talented man perform live. I hope I can catch him along with Hank Jr and Lynard Skynard in Lexington in June, but my (stupid, dumb) job may interfere with those plans.
Our charity softball team is planning on attending this event and would love to present James with his very own Hamz jersey to thank him for his support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital... Does anyone happen to know what size shirt this mountain of a man wears?

I'm on the 9th row but I didn't care what row I was on as long as I got to be there somewhere. I just love him and can't wait til June 11th. Wished the fan club would hurry up and open so I could try to get meet and greet passes. That would not just make my day, but make my year!!!

I just read this post, and I wanted to say that I'm so sorry that this happened to you after everything you went through to make the proposal so special. You sound like someone that has a beautiful heart and I'm sure you'll find someone else that will be much more appreciative of what you do for them. The Bijou Theater is where you will find him and the tickets went on sale yesterday at 10 AM. I got two of them and $61.50 is what I paid which includes the service charge. 1-865-656-4444 is the phone number that I called for them.
